ZUCCHINI BAKE | |
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream 4 c. sliced, cooked zucchini 1 c. shredded carrot 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/4 c. butter, melted In 2-quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2 inches), combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter. Toss stuffing mix with butter; spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Makes about 6 cups. |
