BAKED ZUCCHINI 
3 sm. zucchini, sliced
Butter
2 onions, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. butter, melted and mixed with stuffing

Saute zucchini and onions lightly in small amount butter. Mix all other ingredients together. Layer in lightly greased glass dish starting with dressing, then zucchini and ending with dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
