ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. can quick crescent dinner rolls
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

In fry pan, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce; heat until hot and bubbly. Combine cheese and sour cream. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 13x9 pan. Spoon cheese mixture over meat.

Separate crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles. Place rectangles over cheese mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter, crumble evenly over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serves 6.
