ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. spaghetti sauce
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1-8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. melted butter

Heat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet brown beef & onion until beef is cooked thoroughly. Drain. Stir in sauce. Heat thoroughly.

Then in medium bowl, stir together mozzarella cheese & sour cream. Pour hot meat into ungreased pan 12 x 9 (2 qt.). Spoon cheese over the top of meat.

Unroll dough over cheese mixture. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread evenly over evenly.

Bake at 375°F, for 18 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
