2 lg. cans sweet potatoes (mash)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon rind
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. whiskey
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Place marshmallows on top during last 5 minutes of baking.

(Note: All starred ingredients can be adjusted for taste by adding more or less.)
