1 uncooked 9-inch pie shell
2 heaping c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Slowly whip all ingredients except pie shell. Fill pie shell and bake in 375 degree oven until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
