ITALIAN CREAM CHEESE PIE 
Lg. ricotta cream cheese
8 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 oz. whiskey
Dash of coffee

Mix cream cheese and sugar together by spoon. Add other ingredients, mix well. Mixture will be loose. Bake in pie crust at 325 degrees about 1 hour. Lattice top of pie and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Use an 11 inch pie plate.
