CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
Pastry for one 9-inch pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. bourbon whiskey (optional)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Whipped cream for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add the sugars and flour and beat until smooth. Add butter, beating until well blended. Stir in whiskey. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes. The pie is done when a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.
