EGG CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, beat in blender
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. plain milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in milk, blend all ingredients together in blender and blend for 4 minutes. Cook in slow oven, 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. This makes a thick pie. I use 9 3/4" pie crust.
