1 lb. sausage, hot or regular
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. biscuit mix

Combine crumbled sausage with dry biscuit mix. Stir in grated cheese. Shape into balls and bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees at 375 degrees until browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm. Dip into sauce of 1 cup catsup and 1 tablespoon horseradish.
