HOLIDAY PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. onion
1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and one cup chopped pecans; mix well. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill for several hours; serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. Keeps for a week or more in the refrigerator or one can be frozen.
