HOLIDAY PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. salt (seasoned salt)
2 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, salt, 1 cup pecans. Mix well. Shape into balls. Roll in remaining pecans. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
