HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pineapple, crushed and drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Cream cheese until smooth. Set aside 1 cup pecans. Combine all ingredients and form into ball. Roll ball in other cup of pecans.
