RAINBOW CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. sliced frozen strawberries, thawed
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can blueberries, drained
1 angel food cake
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Divide cake into 3 equal parts. Break up cake into small pieces. Mix "dry" Jello into cake pieces (1 part orange, 1 part lime, 1 part strawberry). Layer ingredients in angel food tin with removable bottom in following order:

Strawberry cake pieces, thawed strawberries and 1/3 of the ice cream.

Orange cake pieces, mandarin oranges, 1/3 ice cream.

Lime cake pieces, blueberries, 1/3 ice cream.

Cover with foil. Freeze overnight or longer. To serve, unmold. Can be refrozen. Beautiful and delicious. (Jonathan's favorite.)
