1 1/4 c. oil
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. honey
1 c. molasses or sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin or 1 can (15 oz.) of pumpkin
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. ground cloves

Combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Combine dry ingredients, mix well, then combine with wet ingredients. Mix until blended. Bake at 350 degrees in two greased bread pans for 1 hour or in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes. Top with Cream Cheese frosting.
