LEMON BARS 
SHORTBREAD BASE:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Dash salt

Mix and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

CUSTARD TOPPING:

4 beaten eggs
6 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour

Mix well and pour over slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut in 1" squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
