GREAT GRANDMA'S SOUR CREAM
COOKIES
 
5 egg yolks
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
5 c. flour (approx.)

Combine butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, sour cream and vanilla. Mix in soda, powder and flour. Use enough flour to make a fairly stiff dough. Refrigerate dough 1-2 hours. Roll on floured pastry sheet. Cut and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown around edges.
