SAUSAGE PILAF 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika

Cook sausage in skillet. Break up with large fork to brown. Drain. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add soup, milk, rice and poultry seasoning in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven stirring occasionally for 1 hour. Mix bread crumbs with butter melted in frying pan. Sprinkle over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 15 more minutes.
