RUSSIAN CAKE AND FROSTING 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 lg. 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in its own juice (use juice and all)
1 tsp. vanilla

Spray pan with Pam and pour all mixed ingredients into it. No order. Just mix it and pour.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together until smooth. Frost the cake and sprinkle with a few more walnuts.
