RUSSIAN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, including juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened

Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple plus juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla, stir. Add flour and baking soda, stir. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, use toothpick to test.

ICING:

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, softened butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Use mixer. Ice cake while warm.
