CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen diced broccoli
1-2 c. diced celery
1-2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. celery seed
1 can chicken broth
1-2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/3 box Velveeta

Place all ingredients except milk in a pot, cover with water, plus 1 inch above. Boil until vegetables are tender. Turn heat to low and add can of milk. (Add Tabasco sauce for zing.)

Option: Diced ham, cooked bacon or smoked pork ends may be added. Serves 8.
