HASSE BRISKET 
4-5 lb. beef brisket
4 med onions
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
2 Sweet 'N Low
Ketchup

Cut onions in roasting pan. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder.

Mix together with hand and rub on meat top and bottom.

Take 1 (8 ounce) glass and fill with water half way and add 1/2 ketchup, Sweet 'N Low and mix; pour over meat.

Cut potatoes and put around meat. Cover and put in oven until meat is soft. Last 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. Take off cover to brown potatoes.
