JOE'S BEEF BRISKET 
Beef brisket
2 pkg. dry onion soup
6 ginger snaps
1 jar chili sauce
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Carrots
1 /4 red potatoes

Pour dry soup in pan. Place salt and peppered brisket over soup. Add 2 cups water, ginger snaps; and chili sauce. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove meat slice; add vegetables and return meat to pan. Bake 30 more minutes.
