WINE BEEF BRISKET 
1 (4-5 lb.) beef brisket
1/2 c. sherry
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 cans Franko American mushroom gravy
3 tbsp. ketchup
Salt and pepper
1 med. onion
6 med. potatoes
6-8 carrots

Mix all ingredients in roaster. Place sliced carrots and potatoes in bottom of roast. Cover with brisket that has been rubbed with salt and pepper. (Place fat side up). Cook in roaster, covered, at 325 degrees about 6 hours or until tender. Serves 6.
