BAR-B-Q BEEF BRISKET 
4-5 lb. brisket
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 bay leaf crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper

Trim excess fat from meat, rub salt into meat. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until tender.
