BAR-B-Q-BEEF 
2 lb. stewing beef
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped celery
1 bottle of Heinz chili sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

Cook beef, water, bouillon, celery, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce 2 or 3 hours. Remove beef and flake into shreds with fork. If there is a lot of beef juice left, drain off the juice and add the shredded beef to the celery and onions that are left. Stir in the chili sauce and ketchup, heat again while stirring just until hot enough to serve on buns.
