BRISKET OF BEEF 
5 lbs. meat

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. vinegar

Roast with lid on for 5 hours or 1 hour per pound of meat at 300 degrees. (Don't peek.)
