SKILLET CABBAGE 
1 tbsp. salad oil
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

In 10" skillet over medium low heat in hot oil, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover pan and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
