COMPANY CABBAGE 
4 tsp. butter, melted in skillet
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
5 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. hot water

Steam the cabbage, covered, on low heat for 10 minutes. Mix in a cup: 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. sugar or substitute

Add to the cabbage and heat through, but do not boil.
