LOW-FAT CHEESECAKE | |
8 graham crackers 1/4 c. butter 1 pkg. diet Jell-O (3 oz.; any flavor) 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese 1 c. water 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Crush graham crackers. Mix with melted butter. Press into pie plate. Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Mix diet Jell-O with water; add to cottage cheese. Add Cool Whip. Put in pie plate and sprinkle graham crackers on top. Refrigerate. |
