LOW-FAT BANANA SHAKE 
1/2 banana
1/2 to 1/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. vanilla ice milk or low fat ice cream
1 tbsp. oat bran

Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed. Serve immediately. Makes one 12 ounce shake. 210 calories, 11 mg cholesterol.
