HAMBURGER & POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 sliced potatoes
1 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom or 1 can cream of celery soup
1 can vegetable beef
Onions or mushrooms, as desired

Place 4 to 5 sliced potatoes in a casserole dish. Place 1 pound cooked, chopped ground meat on top. Add 1 can each vegetable beef soup and 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup. Add only 1 1/2 cups of water. Add onions and (or) mushrooms as desired. Bake covered for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
