SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 large can Pet milk

Topping:

1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Combine sugar and flour. Add potatoes, eggs, butter and Pet milk. Mix well; pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine all topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
