SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed (cooked) sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Beat together. Put in greased shallow casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. Corn Flakes

Mix and add 1 cup corn flakes. Toss together and put on top of baked potatoes. Bake another 10 minutes.
