POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 c. corn flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup

Spread potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole dish. Mix one half of the butter, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese, and pepper in bowl. Spread this over potatoes. Mix remaining butter and corn flakes together and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
