ORE-IDA POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns (Southern style)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 1/4 stick butter

Completely thaw potatoes. Melt 1/2 stick butter. Pour over potatoes and mix. Let set. Mix cheese, soups, onion and sour cream. Mix with potatoes well. Place mixture in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle rest of melted butter over potatoes. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven or until done.
