MEXICALI NO - BAKE CASSEROLE 
4 Ore-Ida frozen hash brown potato patties
1 lb. pkg. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Fresh tomato, diced
Corn chips or nacho chips
Taco sauce
Hot sauce

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Drain off grease. Stir in taco seasoning mix, corn and water.

Place hash browns in bottom of a deep casserole dish and microwave until thawed, top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Add ground beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato and the remaining cheese. Add taco sauce and hot sauce to taste. Place chips on top. Serve while hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
