HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. bag hash browns, thaw 10 minutes 2 c. sour cream 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 c. crushed corn flakes 2 sticks butter Mix soup and sour cream with potatoes. Place in a 13"x9" pan. Cover with cheese. Crush corn flakes and mix with melted butter. Put on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. |
