SKILLET CREOLE CABBAGE 
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cut up tomato
2 c. shredded cabbage
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Dash - black pepper

Melt butter in skillet, add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and cook over high heat until steaming. Reduce heat to low and cook about 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
