SKILLET CABBAGE 
1 lg. cabbage, shredded
3 lg. tomatoes, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Yields about 10 to 12 servings.
