VEGETABLE FETTUCCINE 
8 oz. fettuccine noodles
3 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. cut-up broccoli
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tomato, cut into wedges
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. butter

Cook fettuccine noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.

Combine green onions, garlic, broccoli, water, salt, basil, and oregano in 1- quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid.

Microwave (high) 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are bright green, stirring once. Add tomato, cheese, milk, butter and noodles. Mix lightly; cover.

Microwave (high) 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.

Spaghetti can be substitute for fettuccine noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
