GRAHAM STREUSEL CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Set aside.

1 pkg. Betty Crocker cake mix (any flavor)
1 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Mix ingredients together on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Pour half the batter (about 2 1/2 cups) into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle half with crumb mixture. Spread remaining batter evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Drizzle with vanilla glaze which is 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons water or milk. Thin to desired consistency.
