RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 c. rice
2 c. (cooked) turkey
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion (chopped)

Remove turkey from bones and dice. In large bowl stir in rice, turkey, soup, milk, onion and half of the cheese.

Now put in broccoli (cooked 7 minutes). Stir in with other ingredients.

Now place in a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
