TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. rice (raw)
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. bag frozen vegetables (peas or green beans work well)

Cook rice. Let vegetables thaw; defrost in microwave if necessary. Combine cooked rice, turkey, vegetables and soup in large casserole dish. Microwave on high for about 5 minutes to get everything hot (or put in oven). Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
