TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. boxed dressing (1/2 box)
1 c. (2 squares) melted butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken cooked or diced or turkey
1/2 c. frozen green peas (or 1/2 box)
1 tbsp. dried onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix dressing and butter and press half in pan. Save other half. Cook other ingredients, soup, milk, meat, onion and peas until hot. Don't boil. Spoon over dressing. Top with rest of dressing. Cook 10 minutes at 450 degrees or 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Make a thin gravy from broth or bouillon cube. Use on top of casserole after it is dished up.
