RICE CASSEROLE 
Meat (one of these) : Spam, chicken, turkey, ham, 1 lb. hamburger
Vegetables: corn, beans, peas, mixed vegetables, broccoli
Soup: mushroom, chicken, celery
1 c. milk or sour cream
1 c. cheese: Swiss, American, cheddar, Mozzarella
2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 pat of butter

Put meat, vegetables, rice, water, butter and salt in glass casserole. Cook on High for 9 minutes in microwave, until rice has completely absorbed water. Add soup, milk, cheese and continue to cook on High 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese has completely melted and everything is nice and hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
