RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
1 c. water
1/3 c. melted butter

Put rhubarb on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar, Jello and cake mix over rhubarb. Pour on water and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip, warm or cold.
