RHUBARB UPSIDE - DOWN CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix cake per box directions and put into 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake batter. Cream sugar and butter together and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
