RHUBARB RASPBERRY UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Chop rhubarb, spread evenly over greased sheet cake pan. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, sprinkle dry Jello over sugar, place marshmallows over Jello. Mix cake mix as box directs. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool. Turn upside down. Very good topped with Cool Whip.
