RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream (not whipped)

Mix cake mix per package directions. Pour into 9x13 glass dish or pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake mix. Sprinkle sugar over cake mix and rhubarb. Pour whip cream over sugar. Bake 325 degrees in glass dish or 350 degrees in pan 60- 70 minutes.

Serve as is or top with whipped cream or whipped topping.

Note: Blueberries or cranberries can be used also - decrease amount of sugar.
